Christmas card magnets: the Christmas card that stays on the fridge
Most Christmas cards come down in the first week of January. A Christmas card magnet with your family photo goes on the fridge and stays there, which is exactly why grandparents and far-away family love them.
Pick a photo that still works in July
Because it stays up all year, choose a photo you will be happy to see in winter too. A relaxed family shot outdoors often beats a matching-outfits photo under the tree. Keep faces away from the very edge of the frame.
Keep the wording short
The greeting does the heavy lifting. “Merry Christmas” or “Season’s Greetings”, then a short sign-off like “Love from the Taylors” or “Love, Sam, Alex & the kids”. Add the year if you like, and the magnet becomes a keepsake.
Which size?
- A6 is the classic card size and posts easily in a C6 envelope.
- DL is slim and modern, and fits a standard DL envelope.
- A5 is big enough for a large family group photo.
Add a little fun
In the editor you can add Christmas emojis to your photo: a Santa hat on the dog, a reindeer, a snowman or a gift. Drag them into place and resize them. A small touch, and the grandkids will love finding them.
When to order for Christmas
We print in 2–3 business days and then ship your magnets. December is the busiest month for deliveries, so order early in December, or earlier if you are posting cards on to family interstate or overseas.
